好评是跨境电商卖家们梦寐以求的东西,而差评则是他们深恶痛绝的东西。一个差评可能会对你的产品和店铺产生极大的影响,尤其是新店,在产品排名还没有做上去的时候,差评的影响可以说是致命的。
对于差评,卖家们通常会在找出原因后联系客户,通过与客户协商,请求他们删除差评。
但是这种方法对一些恶意买家是没用的,那么当遇到这种不良买家时,我们还可以试试另一种删除亚马逊差评的方法——联系客服删除。
当然并非所有的差评都能让客服帮忙删除,除了产品质量问题,产品与图片不符,售后等客观事实导致的差评以外,还有一些不符合亚马逊平台规定的差评是可以向亚马逊申请移除的。
比如差评内容中包含不文明的词语,包含卖家私人信息等,或者全部的Feedback只针对产品,没有提到卖家的服务的差评内容都是可以向亚马逊申请移除的。另外如果是FBA引起的物流问题亚马逊不会帮你将差评移除,但是会帮你将差评划掉,然后写一行字:This item was fulfilled by Amazon, and we take responsibility for this fulfillment experience。
通过你提供的信息,自己打电话去亚马逊客服那边去要求移除差评,分析你差评review的问题点和不合理的地方,这个是部分卖家自己都在干的事儿。当然很多卖家根本不愿意干这种活,太累,成功率还不高,现在的亚马逊客服个个都是门儿清,你想叫客服帮你移除个差评真的是难上加难,不过理由如果合理或者证据分析的清晰还是有一定机会的。
而且这种方式是需要提供你账户的基本面信息的,比如店铺名,公司名,法人姓名,账户邮箱,账单地址,邮编,信用卡后四位等等,因为打电话给亚马逊客服第一需要的就是验证账户信息,客服要确认是账号的持有人打来的才会处理,这算是售后服务的操作常识。
